Who INVA is for
INVA is built for you if you run your Shopify store yourself, or with one or two helpers, and nobody's job is inventory.
You will get the most out of INVA if
- You run the store yourself and stock is one of ten things on your plate.
- You don't know how much of your money is sitting in products that don't sell.
- You carry many products with a few units each, and things sell out before you notice.
- You reorder from memory or from a spreadsheet you stopped updating.
- You want to know what to do, not to learn inventory theory.
Also a good fit
A store with 4–6 people where one person has just picked up stock as a side duty.
Probably not for you
A team with a full-time inventory or operations role, several warehouses, or manufacturing. You will outgrow INVA; look at Katana or Cin7.
What INVA is not
INVA does not decide for you, does not do bookkeeping, does not manage staff, and is not a cash-flow tool.
