What is INVA?
INVA is the inventory manager your Shopify store never hired. If you manage the stock yourself, it shows you where your money is stuck, what's about to run out and what to do next, in plain language, with numbers you can check.
What does INVA actually do for me?
Three things, every day: it shows which products are holding your money, which ones are about to run out, and which ones to reorder and how many. Each one comes with the numbers behind it.
How much does INVA cost?
INVA is free up to 100 orders a month. Above that, Pro is $30 a month. Every feature is included in both; the only difference is order volume.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Free plan has every feature and no time limit. You only move to Pro when your store passes 100 orders a month.
How long does setup take?
Install from the Shopify App Store, connect your store, answer a few questions about your lead time and coverage, and INVA reads your products, stock and sales from Shopify by itself. Nothing to import.
Does INVA change anything in my store?
No. INVA reads your Shopify data and never writes to your store. Every recommendation is yours to act on.
What data does INVA read, and what happens to it?
Products, variants, stock levels and aggregate sales from your Shopify store. INVA does not store your customers' names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. Data is stored on servers in the EU (Sweden) and used only to calculate your inventory metrics.
How does INVA decide when to reorder?
From your average daily sales and your lead time in days, plus a safety stock that is larger for products with unpredictable demand. When stock reaches that reorder point, the product is flagged and you see the calculation.
What do "healthy", "slowing", "fading" and "dead stock" mean?
They describe a product's sales pace against its own average over the last 60 days: healthy is within 33% of it, slowing has dropped 33–66%, fading has dropped more than 66%, and dead stock has not sold for far longer than its usual gap.
I used Stocky. Is INVA a replacement?
For low-stock tracking, reorder timing and top-seller ranking, yes, and INVA reads your data straight from Shopify, so there is nothing to migrate. See Switching from Stocky for the full comparison.
